Bodywork/Medical Massage and Cupping
Our approach to bodywork goes beyond physical touch—it's an intentional practice that supports the connection between mind and body. Rooted in both manual therapy and nervous system regulation, these sessions are designed to release stored tension, calm the body's stress response, and restore ease in movement and function.
Sessions are fully hands-on, delivered by a Doctor of Occupational Therapy, and tailored to your specific needs. You may experience a blend of myofascial release, joint mobilization, targeted massage, and therapeutic cupping—all with the goal of relieving pain, improving movement, and reconnecting you to your body.
This is more than just manual therapy—it’s a trauma-informed, whole-person approach to healing.

Fertility Support
Our specialized, whole-body approach to support your fertility—whether you're trying to conceive naturally, with medical assistance, or just trying to improve your menstrual cycle for future fertility. Drawing from the Pelvic Rehabilitation Fertility Specialist (PRFS™) model, your care is guided by principles that integrate pelvic health, visceral work, functional medicine insights, and cycle-based planning.
Each session begins with an interview to understand your personal story and a detailed evaluation of pelvic structures, soft tissue, and organ mobility to uncover what your body needs most. We use gentle, hands-on techniques—including pelvic health, visceral manipulation, lymphatic massage, and joint mobilization—to release restrictions and improve internal balance.
Beyond manual therapy, we take a holistic lens: reviewing lab work, lifestyle, and menstrual health to tailor your plan. Movement, breathwork, and hormone-supportive exercise are integrated to help regulate your system and reconnect you with your body’s natural rhythm.
Fertility Support can be beneficial for individuals experiencing the following:
Missing Periods (Amenorrhea)
Painful Periods (Dysmenorrhea)
Discontinuation of Birth Control

Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome (PCOS)
Metabolic Syndrome
